A split roast of dark and light coffees!

After roasting, we blend a dark roasted coffee and a light roasted coffee!  Many roasters don't do this because it takes too much time.  You get a wide range of flavor in your cup; chocolate notes with the smokiness of the dark roasted beans, but not overwhelming due to the lighter roasted coffees in the blend.  Once you try this, you may have a new favorite coffee!  Don't tell anyone, but it also makes an amazing iced coffee!

We recommend a medium grind of 3.1oz per 64oz of filtered water.
