Hola! Our current crop selection of Nicaraguan Coffee are grown high in the country’s Northwestern mountains at altitudes no less than 4,000 feet above sea level. Those elevations produce the highest quality coffee in Nicaragua. They are sorted through multiple times, removing imperfect beans leaving us, nothing but the best!
We've given this coffee a mild roast profile, which produces a sweet aroma during brewing and a citric acidity with nutty notes in your cup!
