A “split roast” of three coffees from Huila Colombia, Nicaragua and the Indonesian Island of Sumatra.
The light roasted Colombian and Nicaraguan Coffees provide a bright acidity and body. The darker roasted Sumatran Mandheling Coffee provides hints of sweet dark chocolate that keeps the overall coffee smooth with a bold flavor.
This is ABSOLUTELY one of our favorite coffees which we’ve chosen to name after the city which we’ve called home for over 75 years.
